She was predeceased by: her husband Richard "Dickie" Fell Sr.; her parents, Louis Jewell and Stella Jewell; and her siblings, Orb Jewell, Scotty Jewell and Betty.
She is survived by: her children, Margaret Ross of Bardstown, Jessica Smith of Bardstown, Stella Louise Fell of Indiana, Richard Fell Jr. (Betty Lou) of Bardstown and David Wayne Fell (Cindy) of Bardstown; her granddaughters, Jessica Jeffries and Kimberly Fair; her great grandchildren, Drake Fell, Jacob Smith, Hailey Gore, Tanniah Sand, Katie Roberts and Renee Fell; and her brother Rudy Jewell (Della) of Lawrenceburg.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Barlow Funeral Home (2675 E John Rowan Blvd, Bardstown, KY 40004). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
