With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patsy Ann Kinser Parrott of Bardstown, Kentucky, who passed away on February 12, 2026 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Justus Kinser and Corinne Lewis Kinser; her husband Randal Parrott of Botland, KY; and her children, Michael Wayne Parrott and Annette Michelle Parrott.
She is survived by: her children, Phillip Earl Parrott (Janet), Peggy Ann Bradley of Bardstown and Leonda Lands; her sister Donna Hibbs of Boston; and her brothers-in-law, Jerry Parrott of Botland and Lonnie Parrott (Karen) of Bardstown. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and surrogate grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may go to First Christian Church (D.O.C.) Endowment Fund, 175 E. John Rowan Blvd, Bardstown, KY 40004, in Patsy's memory.
