He is survived by: his children, Philip Wayne Hutchins II (Ashley), Amanda Hamilton (Travis) and Tonya Hutchins; his grandchildren, Katelyn Hutchins, Aydan Hutchins, Alex Hamilton, Ace Hamilton, Libby Hutchins, Jeremiah Hutchins and Teresa Hutchins; his stepgrandchildren, Darren Smith and Aubrey Smith; and his siblings, Nora Stump, Patsy Mercer, Donna Newton, Greg Hutchins and Al Hutchins.
