She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Beeler and Erma Hendricks; and her brother David Hendricks. She is survived by: her husband Burrell McKim of Bardstown; her children, Perry Banet of Bardstown, Brent McKim (Suzetta) of Bardstown, Brian Shelburne (Kelley) of Louisville, John Shelburne Jr. of North Carolina, Benita Chagala of Louisville and Beth Banet of Bardstown; her grandchildren, Eddie Banet (Tiffany), Abby McKim, Paxton McKim, Cruz McKim, Haley Shelburne and Noah Shelburne; her sister Rebecca Sims (Gary) of Louisville; her nieces, Shelby Sims of Louisville and Suzanne Sims of Louisville; and her friend John Shelburne Sr.. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
