He is survived by: his wife Connie Delk of Bardstown; his children, Travis Delk (Tory) of Bardstown and Amber Johnson (Kevin) of Campbellsville; his grandchildren, Brody, Lakelyn Delk, Kannon and Aspen Johnson; his siblings, Gary Delk (Cathy) and Brenda Smith; and his nephews, Keith Delk, Jeff Delk and Adam Compton.
