She was predeceased by: her parents, Randall N. Coulter, and Margaret "Peakie" Downs Coulter, Sr.; and her siblings, Sandra Kay Coulter and Bernard "Terry" Coulter. She is survived by: her son Tony Coulter (Dena); her grandchildren, Abbigayle Coulter, Anthony W. Coulter II, Jamie Keeling II and Champayne Coulter; and her siblings, Linda Johnson of Bardstown, Joellen Jackson of Bardstown, Tracy Johnson (Kevin) of Louisville and Randall N. "Randy" Coulter Jr. (Pam) of New Haven.

The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home for funeral expenses.
