He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander McRae and Elizabeth Frances Hayden McRae; his former wife Joan Scherer McRae; and his grandson Brad Serafin. He is survived by: his wife Dixie Dugan McRae; his daughters, Joan McRae Milazzo (Jody), Susan McRae Mayer (Robert) and Maureen "Reenie" Schneeberger (Tom); Marilyn McEntegart of Lakewood. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
