She is survived by: her husband Chris Walsh; her siblings, Kelley Spalding, Ben Spalding and Mary Hepditch (Scott); her aunt Suzi Cowden; her cousins, Kelley Hodgson (Jesse) and Lucy Gess (Ben); her uncle Tom Everett; her mother-in-law Judy Walsh; and her siblings-in-law, John Walsh (Sheryl), Michael Walsh (Gabriela), Kim Devries (John) and Stephanie Walsh. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the Barlow Funeral Home (2675 E John Rowan Blvd, Bardstown, KY 40004). A prayer will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 4:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Basilica of St. Joseph Proto-Cathedral (310 W Stephen Foster Ave, Bardstown, KY 40004).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in the name of Sallie Spalding Walsh to Bethlehem High School and The Bardstown Foundation for Excellence in Public Education.
