He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Pendergrass Cecil; his daughter Emma Hall (Steven); and his siblings, Mary Bernadine Strange of Bardstown, Beverly Ann Roberts (Billy) of Bardstown, LaVielle Cecil (Mary Ann) of Taylorsville and Tony Cecil (Brenda) of Bardstown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
