She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Blain Sr. and Barbara June; and her brothers, Charles W. Jr. and Douglas. She is survived by: her siblings, Jimmy, Larry Paul, John "Duke", Glenn, Pam and Penny. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
