He is survived by: his children, Terry Jr., John, Michael Schultz, Cynthia Schultz and Shannon Verwers; his grandchildren, Devin, Ariel Brown, Martavious Smith, Terri, Warren, Shekra Schultz and Tristan Mitchell; and his brothers, Skip and Bobby Schultz.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (116 E Flaget St, Bardstown, KY 40004).
