He was predeceased by: his parents, William Beverly Hart Sr. and Margaret Mansfield Hart; and his brothers, William Beverly Hart Jr. and Ray Mansfield Hart. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Evans Hart of Bardstown; his sons, Thomas Andrew Hart II (Pam) of Louisville, Christopher Shawn Hart (Rhondalyn) of Bardstown and Eric Gabriel Hart (Stacey) of Bardstown; his stepson Matthew Gaddie (Kim) of Bardstown; and his siblings, John E. Hart (Judy) of Bardstown, Mary Jane Dickerson (Harry) of Bardstown and Nancy Keith Hart of Louisville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
