Thomas Frank Hawkins Obituary

A Bardstown resident, Mr. Thomas Frank Hawkins age 34 passed away Friday, March 5, 2021 at Flaget Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. He was born on October 31, 1986 in Lexington. He was a dedicated employee of Orbis Material Handling Inc. of Bardstown. He loved spending time with his family and their fur babies, Max, Lilly and Olivia.

Thomas was an avid fisherman and he enjoyed tinkering on his truck. He was always willing to lend a hand to anyone and never met a stranger. Thomas was preceded in death by his father James W. Hawkins, Sr., and his brother, James W. Hawkins Jr., and maternal grandparents, Tom Frank and Ramona Redmon. Thomas is survived by his son, Lucas Hawkins of Bardstown, his fiance', Sierra Borders of Bardstown, his mother, Valerie Redmon Hawkins of Bardstown, a brother, Josh Hawkins of Bardstown, a sister, Terese Janes of Lexington along with 5 nephews as well as several aunts and uncles.

Funeral services for Thomas Frank Hawkins will be 4:00pm, Wednesday at the Houghlin Greenwell Funeral Home with Bro. Josh Simpson officiating. Interment will be in Bardstown Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 2:00-4:00pm at the Houghlin Greenwell Funeral Home, 1475 New Shepherdsville Road who is in charge of arrangements.
