He is survived by: his wife Joann Morris Johnson; his sons, Timmy Johnson (Becky) and Scott Johnson (Peggy); and his brothers, Arthur Smith (Glenna) of Bardstown and Basil Smith (Annie) of Bardstown. He is also survived by three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
