She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Carter and Deloris Carter; her mother-in-law Mary Ann Clark; and her daughter-in-law Katie Simpson. She is survived by: her husband John Ross Hall of Bardstown; her sons, Matthew Simpson (Anna) of Bardstown and Jesse Simpson (Hannah) of Walton; her grandchildren, Emersyn Simpson and Nolan Simpson; her brother Ricky Carter (Michelle); her sister-in-law Joannie Smith; and her close friends, Jeannie Frederick and Janet Littlejohn.
