She is survived by: her sons, Chris Burgin of Temecula, CA. and Sean Burgin (Misty) of Louisville, KY.; her grandchildren, Hunter, Nathaniel and Brookelyn Burgin; and her siblings, Mary Jane Spalding (Tim), Betty Hart, Kathy Seyle (Gary), Tommy Clark, Donny Clark and David Clark (Tammy).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Barlow Funeral Home (2675 E John Rowan Blvd, Bardstown, KY 40004). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
