She is survived by: her husband Robert Neal of Bardstown; her children, Tammy Ayers (Mickey) of Chaplin and Danny Gilkey (Kristi) of Bardstown; her grandchildren, Shiley McCauley (Stanton), Joseph Gilkey (Miranda), Dannielle Gilkey (Cole Mattingly), Ayden Gilkey (Ali Thornsbery) and Evan Raikes; her great grandchildren, Wyatt McCauley and Katy Grace Mattingly; and her siblings, C. A. Downs (Dorothy), William "Billy" Downs and Virginia Ann Downs. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and close friends.
