He is survived by: his pets, AJ, Larson, Belle, Curly, Holmes, Heyboy and Handsome; his daughters, Melissa Biehn (Scott) of Bangor, Maine, Ruth Greenwell (Eric) of Cox's Creek and Elizabeth Mattingly (Jamie) of Cox's Creek; his grandchildren, Ben Ruhlin, Brielle Biehn of Maine, Kelsey of Cox's Creek, Ella Mattingly of Cox's Creek and Samuel Greenwell of Cox's Creek; and his siblings, James (Ursula) of Bardstown, Charles (Yvonne) of Bardstown, Stephen (Canda) of Bardstown and Catherine Means (Larry) of Shepherdsville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, special in-laws, and dear lifelong friends.
