The memory of Clemie Owens of Bardwell, Kentucky, who passed away on October 19, 2025 at the age of 91, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Francis and Josephine O'Neill; her husband Gerald Niland Owens; her son Bob Owens; her siblings, Dorthy Wilson, John O'Neill, Owen O'Neill, Mike O'Neill, George O'Neill and Tom O'Neill; and her grandson Daniel Rawlings.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Gauci (Frank) of Taylor, Debbie Devlin (Dennis) of Easley, Janet Rawlings of Walton Hills, Linda McGrath (Joel) of Stockbridge, Beth Owens (Scott) of Arlington, Kentucky, Jerry Owens of Arlington and Bill Owens (Jackie) of Taylor, Michigan; her brother Walter O'Neill (Ethel) of Arlington, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Kevin Rosner, Kelly Rosner, Nicholas Rosner, GeriLyn Fowler (Brett), Troy Devlin, Adam Devlin (Victoria), Mandy Schuller (Flint), David Rawlings, Heather Reiner (Chris), Michael Owens (Jenny), Trent McGrath, Trevor McGrath (Gen), Ty Owens (Emily) and Misty McAnlis (Adam). She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell (41 US-51, Bardwell, KY 42023). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
