She was predeceased by: her father Grandville Watson; her husband William Melvin Solomon; her son William DeWight Solomon; and her siblings, Linda Willis, Nelson and Kenneth Watson.
She is survived by: her mother Hazel Jennings Watson; her children, Donna Curtsinger (Clyde) of Bardwell, Pam Manker (Mike) of Beaver Creek, Dianna Dunn (Warren) of Bardwell, Mike Solomon of O'Fallon and Phillip Solomon (Debbie) of Edwardsville, Illinois; and her sister Shelia Fraser (Bill) of Bardwell. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
