Rowland (Melody) of Payson, Arizona; his stepsons, Randy West (Lesa) of Spruce Pine and Russell West (Heather) of White Lake, Michigan; his siblings, TJ Hill of Mountain Home, Joyce C. Deemer of Henderson, Diania S. Murphy (Ben) of Henderson, Kentucky and Simon P. Rowland (Priscilla) of Henderson, Kentucky; and his granddaughters, Melissa Hanlon (Mike) of Fredericksburg and Emily Mertzweiler (Tim) of Emmett, Idaho. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren, nine step-grandchildren, and 10 step-great grandchildren.
