She was predeceased by: her parents, John O'Dell and Ruby O'Dell; her husband Walter "Butch" Wagner; her sons, William Thomas Bomar III and Walter John Wagner; her grandson Austin Wagner; and her great grandchild Olivia Wagner-Mattingly.
She is survived by: her children, David Goin (Stephanie) of Salem, KY, Darryl Jay Bomar of Paducah, KY, Dawn Bergeron of Barlow, KY and Buffy Jones (Jacque) of Wickliffe, KY.; and her brothers, John O'Dell and David O'Dell. She is also survived by Several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
