He was predeceased by: his parents, Hall Tanner and Francis Negley Tanner; and his wife Paula Tanner. He is survived by: his sons, Blake Tanner of Barlow, KY and Zack Tanner (Courtney) of Barlow, KY; his brother Freddie Tanner (Patti) of Barlow, KY; his grandchildren, Lexi Toon (Zach) of Fancy Farm, KY and Lyssia Tanner of LaCenter, KY; and his nephew Trent Tanner (Francie Masters) of LaCenter, KY.
