She was predeceased by: her sister Rhonda Bartlett. She is survived by: her daughters, Cassie Bellamy (Brandon) of Paducah, Ashley Todd (Jordan) of Fancy Farm and Kendra Basham (Joshua) of Kevil, Kentucky; her siblings, Robin Clickner of Sebring, Florida and Chris Collier (Monica) of Sebring, Florida; and her grandchildren, Madyson, Juliana, Jayden, Oliver, Brantley, Aria and Logan.
