It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Lee Embrey of Battletown, Kentucky, who passed away on April 15, 2025, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As David departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved David. Though David may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul David and Peggy Jean Embrey (Miller). He is survived by: his brothers, Danny Ray Embrey, Tommy Joe Embrey and Teddy Dewayne Embrey; and his close friend Kathy Poe (Joe). He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Blue River Island Community Center (595 Big Bend Rd, Battletown, KY 40104).
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Hager Funeral Home to aid the family with the funeral expenses.
