He was predeceased by: his mother Imogene Bullock Morgan. He is survived by: his father Fred Morgan; his wife Rachel L. Morgan; his brother Danny Morgan (Kathy); and his nieces, Alyssa Morgan, Nancy Morgan, Whitney Mattingly and Mary Morgan.
Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to the Parr Frans Cemetery Association or the Meade County Cattleman's Association in memory of Kevin, which will assist in the purchase of 4H livestock for the Meade County Fair.
