She was predeceased by: her father Lawrence Chism; her husband Kenny Jenkins; Doris and Kenneth Jenkins. She is survived by: her mother Brenda Trent; her sons, Joshua D. Jenkins (Molly) and Jason M. Jenkins (Whitney) of Battletown; her siblings, Richie Chism (Kelly) of Brandenburg, KY, Doug Chism (Amber) of Irvington, KY and Autumn Bradley (Scott) of Payneville, KY; her grandchildren, Kymber, Saylor, Breez, Parker and Kendyn; her husband's children, Larry and Alyssa; Emberlyn. She is also survived by "Mother" to her sons, and "Mamaw" to her grandchildren.
