She is survived by : her husband Mike Singleton, Sr. of Battletown, KY; her children, William Mathis of Elizabethtown, KY and Joey Miller (Sarah Ashley) of Ekron, KY; her stepchildren, Jessica Singleton Humphrey of Battletown and Michael Singleton, Jr. (Summer) of Corydon, IN; her grandchildren, Tristen, Shiloh, Riley, Cash, Jaxson, Dawson, Devin and Justin; and her siblings, Wendy Ashley (Donnie), Janie Wethington (Tony), Terry Crosier (Jerry), James Decker (Amy) and David Decker (Jennifer).
