He is survived by: his children, Charles David Hobbs of Baxter, Margaret Kathleen Hobbs of Baxter and Matthew Benjamin Hobbs (Teresa) of Rogersville, TN; his siblings, Jon Hobbs of Dry Ridge, KY, Claudia Jarvis of Speedwell, TN, Marcie Hobbs of Loyall, KY and Margaret Bryan (Rick) of Powhatan, VA; his stepgrandchildren, Cheyenne Hamblin and Tucker Thomas; and his caregivers, Christy, Haley, Leanna, Missy, Amber, Leah and Jeanie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
