He is survived by: his children, Gary Howard (Ann), Patricia Stephenson (Bobby) and Karen Smith; his daughter-in-law Sandy Howard; and his grandchildren, Amy Turner, Ashley Brock, Melinda Faulkner, April Alford, Matthew Howard, Bobby Asher, James Ison III and Billy Asher. He is also survived by Two Great Grandchildren and Three Great-Great Grandchildren.
