He is survived by: his wife Freda Mosley; his sons, Joseph E. Mosley (Mary) of Frankfort and Jonathan M. Mosley (Casie) of Henderson, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Elijah, Jacob, Molly and Adley Mosley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and dear friends.
