The memory of Sibyl Ilene Forrester of Baxter, Kentucky, who passed away on March 14, 2025 at the age of 99, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her father Willard Lewis; her grandmother Sibyl; her husband Hubert Lee Forrester; her siblings, Ray Lewis, Cova Lewis, Snoden Lewis, Willie Lewis, John Lewis, Sylvania Murphy, Bonnie Helton, Ethel Howard and Lindy Lewis; her stepdaughter Geraldine Cable; her stepmother Ethel Lewis; her siblings-in-law, Wilma Lewis, Ida Mae Lewis, Frances Slemp (Worley), Jay Forrester (Bea), John Forrester (Dean), Dan Forrester, Denver Forrester (Lucy) and Haywood Forrester (Caroline); her niece Cleo; and her pet Molly.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Forrester (Elaine), James Forrester (Jeanette), Kathy Huckleby (James), Pat Duncan (Nick), Lola McMillian (Greg), Denver Forrester (Chris) of Butler, TN. and Mike Forrester; her caregivers, Deanie Rigney, Melissa Steward, Freda Green and Joanie Lynch; her granddaughter Sarah Williams; and her daughter Mary Slemp (Margaret Moses). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Covid stopped her from going but she kept in contact with the staff and looked forward to the day it could reopen.
