He is survived by: the mother of his children Elounzia Couch; his children, Tony'Tadpole'Couch of Bear Branch and Pam Jones (Jamie) of Bear Branch; his brother Jimmy'Crow'Couch of London, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Timmy Wilkins (Jordan), Sylvia Bowling (Dewayne), Shaina Jackson, James Raleigh Jones (Holly), Jaden Couch and Brittany Michelle Collins; and his great grandchildren, Lelyn Bowling, Abri Jackson, Harper Smith, Briana Bowling, Cooper Raleigh Jones and Winnie Wilkins.
