He is survived by : his wife Patricia Ann Hobbs Spencer; his mother Sandra; his son Josh Spencer (Brittany); his grandson Owen Spencer; his sister Teresa Spencer Lowe (Richard) of Richmond, Kentucky; and his uncle Donnie Coomer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, other relatives and close friends.
