She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Murrell Holliday; and her parents, Houston McIntosh and Beverly Setca McIntosh. She is survived by: her daughter Candy Holliday (Thomas Joe Dietz) of Beattyville, Kentucky; and her grandson Cody Holliday of Paris, Kentucky.
