She is survived by: her children, Arnold Combs (Monica) of Beattyville, KY. and Misty Withrow (Tim) of Beattyville, KY.; her siblings, Arnold McIntosh (Pearl) of Richmond, IN., Debbie McIntosh of Jackson, KY., Martha Turner (Roger) of Jackson, KY. and Patricia Campbell (Jim) of Jackson, KY.; and her grandchildren, Aaron Withrow, Megan Withrow and Sierra Withrow. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
