He was predeceased by: his parents, Pryse Jones and Lue Holiway Jones; his wife Norma Norita Caldwell Jones; and his siblings, Wallace Jones, Annabelle Mullins, Imogean Shoemaker, Opal Palmer and Leona Patton.
He is survived by: his caregiver Phyllis Johnson (Donald) of Beattyville, Kentucky. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews and cousins.
