She is survived by: her daughters, Tonya Addison (Delbert) of Beattyville and Savannah Brewer (Jason Belcher) of Booneville, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Breanna Addison (Kaitlyn Lamberson), Makayla Bennett, Tyler Collins (Sierria Creech), Ryker Brewer and Jerry Addison (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Vada Bennett, Ella Bennett, Mylee Collins, Memphis Addison, Jacob Addison, Presley Bennett and Jaelynn Price; her siblings, Scotty Collier (Olivia), Teresa Collier of Beattyville and Karen Davis "Little Sis" of Jackson, Kentucky; and her extended family, Dimi Depoortere and Sonia Pauwels of Kortrijk.
