He is survived by : his parents, Justin Corey Hamilton and Barbara Thomas Hamilton; his siblings, Melanie Pauline Hamilton, Courtney Faye Hamilton, Quinlyn Marie Neiland, Emmett Valor Thomas and Jacob Paul Hamilton; his great-grandparents, Claudie and JoAnn Little of Bowling Fork; his grandparents, Phyllis Newsome (Terry Michael) of Long Fork and Jimmy Hamilton of Shelbiana; his great-grandparent Lowell Thomas of Beattyville; and his grandmother Wanda Faye Thomas of Berea.
