We are sad to announce that on May 22, 2023, at the age of 72, James Moore of Beattyville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Jim Moore and Hazel Charles Moore; and his sisters, Barbara Frye, Virginia Smallwood, Mildred Moore and Juanita McGuire.

He is survived by : his wife Ruth Shelton Moore of Beattyville; his children, Becky Moore of Beattyville, Beverly Arnold of Beattyville, James Charles "Bo" Moore (Natosha) of Richmond and Dustin Moore of Beattyville; his grandchildren, Carmen, Deven, Olivia, Dylan, Anna Grace and Cameron; and his siblings, Madge Moore and Paul Moore of Beattyville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
