He is survived by: his mother Diane Brewer Dunahoo (John) of Beattyville, Kentucky; his stepmother Della Thomas Noble (Carl) of Booneville, Kentucky; his brother Bradford Richard Thomas of Beattyville, Kentucky; his half-brother Jonathan Thomas (Amanda) of Booneville, Kentucky; his stepsiblings, John Dunahoo Jr. of Beattyville, Ryan Scarberry (Michelle) of Berea, Kentucky and Angela Gibson (Ben) of Burlington, Kentucky; his grandparents, Vernon and Edna Brewer of Jackson, Kentucky; his aunts and uncles, Eugenia Thomas (Charles) of Jackson, Mary Crase (HR) of Jackson, Shelby Jean Hatherill (Ray) of Lone Star, Texas, Eddie Brewer of Jackson, Vernon Brewer Jr. (Dorothy) of Jackson and Michael Brewer of Jackson, Kentucky; his nephew Zachary Willis of Booneville, Kentucky; and his nieces, Katelyn Gibson of Burlington, Elizabeth Thomas of Booneville, Kentucky and Zoey Thomas of Booneville, Kentucky.
