He is survived by : his wife Charlotte Atkins (Bowling); his children, Nikki Johnson (Kenny) of Wilmore, KY, Charlie Atkins of Wilmore, KY, Ashley Brumfield (Jacob) of Wilmore, KY and Chad Atkins of Wilmore, KY; his siblings, Ann May and Jimmy Stevens; his grandchildren, Payton Johnson, Lorelei Johnson, Camille Atkins and Dawson Atkins; and his close friend Blue. He is also survived by other loving family members, and friends.
