She was predeceased by : her parents, John Charles and Julia Wade Charles. She is survived by : her sons, Heath Grant Evans and Jonathan Chad Evans of Berea, Kentucky; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Evans; and her granddaughters, Heather of Richmond, Kentucky and Megan Evans of Richmond, Kentucky. She is also survived by cousins, other relatives, and friends.
