He was predeceased by : his mother Darlene Sparks; and his grandmother Rose Burns. He is survived by : his brother Billy Sparks (Rebecca) of Harrodsburg; his children, Michael Tyler Mcintosh of Winchester and Bristol Mcintosh of Winchester; his uncle Butch Gay of Lexington; and his cousin Stevie Gay of Beattyville. He is also survived by three nephews and three nieces.
