She was predeceased by : her husband Ray Donald Fox; her parents, Frank Schaefer and Helen Kincaid Schaefer; her uncle Lenville (Nell Price); her grandson Craig Pettit; and her siblings, Trudy Boggs, Jerry Schaefer, Sandra Smith and Ricky Schaefer.

She is survived by : her children, Debbie Steinhauer (Brad) of Crittenden, Barbara Brandenburg (Danny) of Beattyville, Susan Pettit (James) of Richmond, Michael Fox of Beattyville, Kentucky and Ricky Fox (Jolene) of Beattyville, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Shane Steinhauer, Candice Kelley and Autumn Fox; her great grandchildren, Brooklyn Steinhauer, Caleb, Emma Pettit, Sadie Kelley and Luke Steinhauer; and her brother Michael Schaefer of Clay City, Kentucky. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Newnam Funeral Home Chapel (108 Center St, Beattyville, KY 41311). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
