She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Phillips of Beattyville, Kentucky and Patricia Terry of Beattyville, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Jeffery Terry, Leah Newton, Dylan Rice (Alliyah), Madison Gabbard (Austin) and Kaedyn Turner (Justin); and her siblings, Mary Warner (Nicky) of Beattyville, Ernie Warner of Burlington, Bill Warner of Mt. Sterling and Mark Warner of Beattyville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
