He is survived by : his wife Janice Kaye Brown Brandenburg of Beattyville; his children, Dennis Eugene Brandenburg (Angela) of Berea and Rhonda Brandenburg Miller (Fredrick) of Lexington, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Cortney Brandenburg (Jon McClain), Kennedy White (Jordan), Kyra Brandenburg, Kayla Brandenburg and Krymson Miller; his great grandchildren, Kaisyn and Oakley White; and his brother Kenneth Brandenburg of Beattyville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

I never met Ronnie that he didn't give sound advice and expressed his Christianity and love for the Lord. We definitely lost a great asset to our small neighborhood. May the Lord look upon his family in this time of sorrow and loss and bless them with the peace and comfort.”
