He was predeceased by: his parents, Sammy Smith and Carol Smith. He is survived by: his aunts, Barbara Pierce, Doris Smith and Jean Franks; and his stepdaughter Tara Tillberry.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Summer Shade Fire Department.
