He is survived by: his children, Steven Dockery of East Moline, Kevin Dockery of Hope, Suzanne Dockery Commins (David) of Berkeley and Pam Dockery McGinnis (Tom) of Shelbyville, Kentucky; and his siblings, Jackie Dockery of Hartford and JoAnn Midkiff (Jim) of Beaver Dam. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
