She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Perry "Peewee" and Adina Smith Johnson; her son Michael Paul Johnson; and her granddaughter Rebekah Thibodeaux. She is survived by: her husband Willie Douglas; her children, Jon Douglas (Sarah) of Central City, Christina Buck (Shawn) of Central City, Amy Jo Douglas of Central City and Ada Hare (Adam) of Beaver Dam; and her siblings, Jerry Johnson of Buttonsberry and Nora Willis (Bill) of Calhoun. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
